Continuing our celebration of 150 years at Wildwood, we are hosting our first Paint Out!
A paint out, for those unfamiliar, is when artists are invited to come together to a set location and number of days to paint/sketch “en Plein Air” or paint outside. Here at Wildwood there are no restrictions as to your age, ability or status, all are welcome to join in.
Registration (inside the barn) is from noon to five on Friday for those who will be participating in the Wet Show (an opportunity to see and buy fresh art) on Sunday.
The event is free if you are painting or watching the artist.
This gorgeous Victorian Garden has got so much to offer a creative soul like large and smaller trees, flowers, statues, cast iron tables and chairs, stone flower urns, pergola and a gazebo. Besides that the house and barn make amazing subject matter for your painting or sketch.
